The White House launched a new anti drug ad campaign which will be aired during the Winter Olympics. The officials said the campaign is only targeting parents because of shortage of budget. The budget to be specific is only $120 million, which is the lowest figure since 1998 the debut year for the campaign. WPP has created three spots for the “Drug Free America” campaign.
