What questionable in this ad is that it has a tag line reading, ‘Monster Inside’, clear enough to draw the attention of Monster for an another litigation. The analysts are of the view that Intel unnecessarily used this tag line despite it is one of th3e best desktop processor.
Monster has been on challenging spree as it sues almost every company using the term ‘Monster’.
