I am working in cinema hall as a ticket checker and during my working hour i use to eat popcorn lot but now i have gain 2 kg weigh in 6 months. Everyone tell me that its due to eating popcorn as popcorn contains calories. So can you please give me popcorn calories content? It would be preferred if you can break the information as small = ? medium = ? large = ? How long for and what kind of workout would you have to do to be neutral – to burn it all off?
