I am a big fan of grilled chicken. My weight is 72 kg and i don’t want to be fat but fit. So regularly i want to count my calorie intake, but not able to found the amount of calories in grilled chicken breast. I usually have it in my dinner meal but with minimal extra fatty ingredients. I would like to balance the extra calories present in it by cutting down on my calorie uptake throughout the day. I am getting all different calorie amounts on all the different websites.
