I am 35 year old and i am a house wife .Every morning my husband have a bad habit of eating boiled egg. Sometimes i try to make him understand that excessively eating egg may harm you as calories in eggs is high but he is not agreeing. So please give me good references so that i can easily make my husband to have egg in a limit. Also some suggestions on healthier options of having egg will be really helpful.
