Earlier, I used to eat plain bagel but the day I tasted bagel and cream cheese I became its aficionado. Now, I regularly eat this. But, I have gained 10 pounds in just a week and my diet routines haven’t changed, only for the fact that I no longer have plain bagel. Is this responsible for my weight gain?
