Weight Loss Diet

Weight loss is not an easy task. It demands a lot of effort, hard work and sacrifice. There is no shortcut to losing weight. The only way to achieve this goal is to follow a strict Weight Loss Diet. You may lose up to 9 pounds every 11 days if you follow the diet plan correctly.

The diet improves your immune system and provides enough nourishment to the body to keep you healthy while you lose weight. There few rules which you must consider while going with this diet.

  1. Eat as much as you like. There is no point in starving yourself to death. Overeating should not take place.
  2. Have a gap of at least 3 hours between each meal. It is good to allow your stomach enough time to digest previous meal before you consume another one.
  3. You must take a break from the diet on every 12th, 13th and 14th day.
  4. You should have at least 4 meals a day.

Here is a sample Weight Loss Diet Plan of 3 days so that you can accordingly design your 11 day plan.

Day 1

  • Breakfast – Scrambled eggs
  • Lunch – Any type of Sandwich
  • Dinner – Tuna Salad
  • Snack – Oatmeal

You can shuffle the meals. Eat the food items in the order you want. You may have oatmeal for breakfast and scrambled eggs for lunch.

Day 2

  • Breakfast Cottage Cheese
  • Lunch Mixed veggies
  • Dinner  Chicken
  • Snack  Milk Shake

Again, you can shuffle these meals. You may choose banana for milk shake. Breast chicken is a good option for dinner.

Day 3

  • Breakfast  Cottage Cheese
  • Lunch  Fish Filet
  • Dinner Fruit Salad
  • Snack  Chicken

Weight Loss Diet Plan doesn’t require you to be disciplined all the time. You can shuffle the meals and eat enough to stay away from starvation. It is recommended to follow the exact guidelines of this diet to obtain desired results.
