Want a better Memory, Say Goodbye to TV!

As found in a survey held in Australia, if you want better memory than go for reading fictions, solve crosswords, eat more fish and say good bye to TV. As viewing TV is one of factor responsible for poor memory.

Exceptionally, in neuro-psychologist Nancy Pachana’s opinion viewing TV is not to be blamed for poor memory, as it is good physical and mental health, diet and active lifestyle responsible for it.

A memory quiz conducted on 29,500 people showed that viewing television greatly influenced the results, depicting the high level of performance relating to all memory tasks by those who watch TV less than one hour a day as compared to those watching TV frequently.
