1. Do not use an old CRT monitor. Use TFT LCD monitor instead.

2. The newer keyboard reduces the risk of RSI and includes USB ports and audio jacks. You can avoid weird multimedia buttons. Use a mouse-pad with supplement of palm rest.

3. Always do some wrist exercise habitually to avoid wrist pain.
