Any suggestions for healthy diet meal plans?

Hey guys! I’ve started working out in a gym and also want to switch to a healthy diet meal plan. I’ve searched many websites regarding this but none of them were effective enough. I want to know some healthy diet meal plans that can complement my workout schedule and help me lose weight. Please suggest me these diet plans along with their details as in, what should I have for my breakfast, lunch and dinner? Also it would be helpful if you could please give me the details of these diet plans. I’ll be thankful to you guys!
