Jared Fogle is a devoted fan of Subway foods. Over the years, he has lost a significant amount of weight by eating Subway foods and walking daily.

Subway celebrated his success and named their diet “Subway Diet“. The diet is based on eating Subway foods to lose weight. The diet suits lifestyle of the modern era where picking foods quickly from an outlet delivers immense convenience for the people. Subway Diet has two versions. The sandwiches eaten on this diet by Jared Fogle included no cheese and mayonnaise.

Version 1

  • Breakfast Bowl of cereal along with skimmed milk. Have black coffee along with sweetener.
  • Lunch  Enjoy diet Pepsi with turkey subway sandwich.
  • Dinner Have a vegetarian subway sandwich with lots of water.
  • Snack Water, orange and apple

Version 2

  • Breakfast  Have only coffee to start your day.
  • Lunch  Enjoy 6inch turkey sub along with baked potato chips
  • Dinner Have a 12-inch veggie sub to end your day on a delightful note.

Losing weight on a fast food diet is quite difficult. However, eating Subway foods is one option which is effective and result producing in terms of health and weight loss.
