This diet is your way to go when you are looking to reduce weight significantly. Skinny Girl Diet is very much similar to ABC Diet where you are allowed to consume 400 to 800 calories per day. Dieters are also required to fast for few days when following this diet. Reducing the intake of calories allows you to burn all the calories you consume resulting in no fat production and rapid fat burn.

You may consume 400 – 700 calories daily for a month. Girls may go crazy on the weekend by consuming 650  – 700 calories. The best part is that you don’t count vegetables and fruits in the grand calorie count. You may consume as many calories as you like from these two sources. It gives you a great option of consuming your favorite fruit or vegetable whenever you feel hungry during the day.

In this way, you are able to consume the remaining 400 – 700 calories from other healthy sources such as lean meat, whole grains, cereals, fresh juice, and low-fat dairy products. Prepare your meal plan containing 4 meals per day. Include vegetables in every main meal such as lunch and dinner. You may have chicken/turkey or whole grain in the main meal to make a complete meal.

Have fruit in the breakfast and snack/dessert. You may add cereal, skimmed milk, or eggs to make your meal plan complete.
