I’ve to follow a fixed diet plan for the day and can’t consume foods other than my diet plan. I only drink skim milk and cannot consume any other milk other than this, otherwise, my calories consumption would fluctuate. I’m bored of drinking this milk, I want to know skim milk calories so that I could find another option of same or less calories instead of skim milk. If you could tell me any milk having same or less calories content, it would be really helpful, or the nutrition facts of skim milk would also do. Thanks!
