Screaming may reduce 25% of stress in you

Would you believe that screaming makes you stress free. So, when you feel yourself trapped in work stress go screaming and let it all out of the mind.

According to a new study, a good shout may reduce stress by up to 25 per cent.

However, heat waves and taking time to travel put employees in to the stress who try to get to work on time. Half of the people in the survey admitted that traveling to work works as major cause of stress.

Working for longer duration in the office, sometimes, causes bad tempered in employees. The Scotsman has published the detail of the research. The study, further, says that letting out a loud scream is very much effective to blow of a little stress and helps people to be calm down.
