Protein Diet Plan

Check your weight before you start the diet plan. To see weight loss results, check your weight after 5 days exactly. Below is a sample Protein Diet Plan for 2 days. The diet plan does not have to be followed exactly. It is mentioned for you to have an understanding of the foods to include and eating style for the 4days.

Day 1 

  • Breakfast  2 glass water, 1 peach, 1 hard-boiled egg except for yolk, and 1cup of green tea.
  • Snack  1 apple and 2 glasses of water.
  • Lunch 2 glasses of water, half cabbage, 1 tomato juice, half cucumber, and 1 hard-boiled egg except yolk.
  • Snack  1 cucumber and 2 glasses of water.
  • Dinner  1cup of chicken/beef/mutton by boiling or grilling with black pepper along 1 peach as dessert.
  • Snack  1cup of green tea and 2 glasses of water.

Day 2

  • Breakfast 1cup of green tea, 1 hard-boiled egg without yolk, and 2 glasses of water.
  • Snack  1 peach and 2 glasses of water.
  • Lunch  1 tomato, 1 apple, 1cup watermelon, half cucumber, and 2 glasses of water.
  • Snack  Half cup yogurt and 2 glasses of water.
  • Dinner  Bowl of cabbage soup, 2 glasses of water and piece of boil chicken along with fruit of your choice.
  • Snack 1 cup green tea and 2 glasses of water.

You can add salt and sugar to your meals while preparation. However, make sure that you use 0 calorie sugar and low-fat salt.
