Prevent Cancer! Add more Olive Oil to your diet

Derive your cancer-preventive solution directly from Nature — olive oil! Northern and Southern Europeans can make a significant difference in cancer rates by just adding more olive oil to their diet list.

The researchers examining urine samples of people consuming 25 milliliters (a little less than a quarter cup) of olive oil every day for three weeks, found specific compounds in it, which are known to be waste by-products of cells damaged by oxidation. These cells are a precursor to cancer.

Scientists from five European countries have described on how the anti-cancer effects of olive oil may lead to a significant decrease in cancer rates among Northern and Southern Europeans. The January 2007 issue of The FASEB Journal will be publishing this study.
