Water Diet

Pierre Dukan Diet is a four-phase weight reduction and health-oriented schedule. The diet is low in calories and high in protein. You don’t need to count calories while being on this diet. Protein is the core ingredient in this diet.

Twenty minutes of a daily walk, plenty of water, and lots of protein along oat bran is the key to success on this diet. In the second phase of the Pierre Dukan Diet, you are allowed to eat vegetables along a small amount of whole grains and fruits. In this way, you are able to lose weight quickly during the first 2 phases. Dieters may suffer from fatigue, constipation, and bad breath by following this diet.

Four Phases of Pierre Dukan Diet

Attack Phase Starting off with this diet is quite simple. You need to eat from lean sources of protein along with 1.5tbs oat bran and 1.5ltr water on a daily basis. Soy, nonfat dairy, and fish are good to include in this diet. Avoid eating pork and lamb.

Cruise Phase
In the second phase, dieters must focus on preparing diet menus based on 28 non-starchy veggies. Protein remains the main intake ingredient in the second phase as well. Potatoes, corn, peas, and carrots should not be included in this phase.

Consolidation Phase
You are allowed to include lamb and pork as well in this phase along with vegetables with 1 low sugar fruit, 1 portion hard cheese, and 2 whole-grain bread slices daily. You may also snack on 1 or 2 servings of starchy foods.

Stabilization Phase
When you have gained desired weight loss results, dieters are recommended to follow the phase 1 eating schedule for 1day in every week. Have 20minutes of walk, 3tbs of oat bran along lean protein. You are allowed to consume vinegars, spices, artificial sweeteners and sugar free gum on Pierre Dukan Diet.
