Paleolithic diet recipes

Cranberry Diet

Paleolithic Diet is also known as Paleo Diet. Natural recipes are the base of this diet. Foods such as nuts, vegetables, fruits, fish and meat are the basic nutrition support in Paleolithic Diet. The diet has enabled dieters to stay healthy, energy-full, physically fit and strong.

The main principle of the diet is to ignore foods which are unhealthy or unfavorable for the human body. Processed foods like corn syrup and wheat flour must be eliminated from the diet. Convenient foods must also be excluded from the diet as they build toxic content in the body which leads to harmful diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

Paleolithic Diet Recipes include food combinations which are tasty, natural and contain no toxins at all.
