'Quit smoking completely' to get out of it fast and easy

If you think that cutting down the number of cigarettes, to cut down the risk factor of smoking will help, then I will have to say that you are keeping yourself in dark because it is not going to suffice the purpose. Actually, a new Norwegian study has uncovered this fact, propping that the only way to cut down risk factors of smoking is by quitting smoking altogether. First, let’s catch sight of the main points percolated through this study before churning the whole concept:-

The only way to cut down risk factors of smoking is by quitting smoking entirely.
Just one to four cigarettes a day are adequate to higher up the chances of heart disease.
This study covered about 51,000 men and women between the ages 20 to 34.
Cutting down the number of cigarettes didn’t came up with good results.
Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) may prove helpful for those who find it difficult to quit smoking.
Another study reveals that mothers who smoked during pregnancy, there kids are more likely to fall into smoking habit before stepping in the age of 14.

These abovementioned points fingers to the conclusions that have crept out of these studies. Moreover, these points provide us with the deeper conclusion.

One thing is apparent after this study, that if you wish to see yourself free from the bad implications of smoking in future, just cutting down the number of cigarettes you smoke is not going to solve the purpose. The only way to hold back the bad implications of smoking is to quit it altogether. I think, cutting down the number of cigarettes is just like nourishing false hope or like giving oneself a false belief that one can quit smoking. There should be no room for such temporizations or evasions if you are fully determined to give up smoking. In case you had been a heavy smoker, it is quite likely that you may find the path of quitting smoking intensely strewn with thorns but in that case too you must not flinch from your ultimate goal and should seek help of nicotine replacement therapy also called NRT, which surely can make your way to quit smoking smoother. So, move on to quit smoking by keeping faith in you with firm determination.
