Hi, I am 16 years old and have just started doing work out in gym. As a beginner I am just doing the normal routine which has been instructed to me by my gym instructor. My weight is 140 pound. I wanted to know about Nutrament? Is it good for health or worthless? Is whey protein better than Nutrament. My gym instructor was totally against this as he said that you can better take some other protein supplement than to try something like this. I was confused, so I thought o confirming it from you people.
