Mumps cases rise in Iowa

Iowa is trying hard to stop the outbreaks of mumps. The college students are gathering to clinics to receive the appropriate vaccination. 1120 people with infections are on treatment in the hospitals. The state is focusing on young age Iowans specially. They are most probable vehicles to get the virus and spread it.

Young adults through the state were encouraged to take two recommended doses of the measles-mumps-rubella vaccine.
