MoTs to monitor men's health

Men do not have a phobia for needles as Jessica Kiddle points out in her article, but they do avoid MoTs. May be they adopt a different lifestyle, which does not give them much time or inclination to ponder over their health, another factor may be the kind of perspective and awareness they have towards MoTs. Whatever, it may be men with a family history of diseases, I am not neglecting the ones who have a good physique, should avoid health risks in future. This results in the maximum cases of testicular cancer – most common type of cancer found in men, heart attacks, type2 diabetes and even AIDS.

Every GP, nursing homes and even Chemists are licensed and equipped for MoTs and it takes a few minutes off from work to get blood pressure, LDL levels and blood tested. Such MoTs go a long way in avoiding chronic diseases in future.
