Intake of fats can be around 3g per day or lesser. Add meat in your diet menu. Trim off any visible fat before cooking. Lean cuts of pork, lamb and beef are excellent to eat. Remove fatty skin from poultry before cooking it. Including variety of vegetables, fruits and whole grains is also recommended to the dieters.
