Frequently exposing one’s self to loud noise, either be it loud noise of music or other instruments, may increase your susceptibility to a non-cancerous tumor, called acoustic neuroma, which may ultimately lead to hearing loss, researchers revealed. Before transpiring this fact, these researchers gathered four years of data from the Swedish portion of the INTERPHONE Study, an international study of cell phone use and tumors that affect the brain and head.
Further, these researchers revealed that where noise generated by machines, power tools increased tumor risk by 1.8 times, the noise created by musical instruments increased it by 2.25 times.
This disclosure shows that how harmful this noise, which has also been defined as noise pollution. So, try to stay away from it as far as possible and enjoy calmness.
