Just like the name suggests, an individual has to live on liquid foods to achieve desired goals. Liquid foods can be in the form of juice, soup, puree, shake and water. These are the only options that you have when you start with a Liquid Diet. The particular diet is highly effective and has no side effects unlike many other dieting methods.

You must be wondering, if Liquid Diet is that much helping than why everybody doesn’t go for it rather than other diets. The reason is that people are not able to put a fight against their food cravings which is why they don’t opt for Liquid Diet. It is difficult to follow because you have to stay away from all the delicious meals for couple of weeks (minimum). This is the best diet ever introduced if you can ignore your food cravings.

Foods to Include:

  • Breakfast: You can have green tea or white tea for a perfect light morning. You may opt for vegetable juice.
  • Lunch: 2 glasses of Shake can come in handy here. You can choose strawberry or banana for this purpose.
  • Snack – Have a glass of fresh juice in the evening. You can pick the fruit of your choice.
  • Dinner: Have low quantity green leaf salad along Tomato Soup. You can also have Chicken Corn Soup. There are plenty of soups to choose from. Make sure your soup contains low quantity of chicken and veggies.
  • Have green tea in the night before you go to bed.
  • Drink tons of water.
