Can anyone tell me that how much calories in celery is negative calories? And is this a good or bad thing? One of my uncles is big fan of eating celery but when i told him that celery contains negative calories than he does not believe me as he thinks that i am wrong. So i want strong reference so that i can easily prove that i was right to say that celery contains negative calories.
