I am on a diet and my dietician has instructed me to keep a cont on every calorie I intake. I really like to eat fruits especially avocado. But my friends told me that during diet I should avoid having avocado as they are rich in calories. Is it true? I tried searching on vain but could not interpret the information well. Can someone please specify calories in an avocado? Each webpage is giving different information. so please help me out.
