Every day when I come to home from my office then in the evening on a regular basis I love to go to McDonald and every day I eat different types of snacks, that’s why I became little bit overweighed. I will try to avoid the food from there altogether but sometimes the cravings are irresistible. So now I want to know calories in McDonald meals, please suggest me so that I can take a balance diet.
