Hearing loss is one of the common problem. From the overall population, mostly elders are the main target group relating to this problem, possibly due to the exhibition of loud noise over a long period of time.
According to the study made by Belgium team, hearing loss can be caused due to genetic disorder. Minor changes in specific genes are responsible for hearing loss.
The study made on 1200 people states that people of aging from 61 to 70 have 37 percent and those from 71 to 80 have 60 percent suffering from hearing loss.
