Chill Alzheimer out! Drink fruit and veges Juice

As per the findings in US, drinking fruit and vegetable juice three to four times per week can reduce the risks of developing Alzheimer disease to 76 percent. It is possible due the presence of beneficial elements like Vitamin E, Vitamin C and beta-carotene in fruits and vegetables.

The study does not clarify the data of specific juice types, whereas the use of plasma can lower down the types of juices. Previous studies showed the benefits of fruits and vegetables to be short lived to prevent Alzheimer.

As told by Harriet Millward, deputy chief of the Alzheimer’s Research Trust:

Many scientists believe there is a link between the release of free radicals within the body and early changes to brain cells in people who ultimately go on to develop Alzheimer’s disease. Since fruit and vegetable juices are rich in antioxidants which ‘mop up’ free radicals, this interesting piece of research adds weight to this theory.
