Doing exercise regularly may help Alzheimer’s patients, holding back their worsening health condition, a new study states.
Researchers uncovered this opinion after studying about 134 Alzheimer’s patients whose average age was 83 years and found that patients with Alzheimer’s disease who participated in a modern exercise program had a comparatively slower deterioration than those who didn’t participate in moderate exercise program. Moreover, patients following exercise schedule also showed significant improvement in the spheres of behavioral disturbance, depression, etc.
Well, quite a significant finding, but it is worth mentioning that this is not for the first time that any study has come out depicting exercise good for Alzheimer’s patients, since studies conducted earlier have also harped upon the same fact. Know how:-
