My daughter is on a rice diet and occasionally eats some vegetables along with rice. She prefers to eat green beans with rice as she is very fond of this veggie. Although, she is also concerned about the calories of green beans. I want her to succeed in her weight losing spree, therefore, I want to know the green beans calories and it’s nutritional info, so that if this vegetable is a healthy option, I shall start giving her this more often. If it has more calories than she could consume, then I shall cut down her consumption of this veggie. Thank you!
