Develop these healthy habits and stay healthy!

One can get good health by setting basic rules in life and thereafter following them for a long duration. Here are the tips – use them and stay healthy:

– Take breakfast every morning enriched with vitamins and minerals and avoid fat and cholesterol rich food.
– Take a diet containing fish and Omega-3 twice a week.
– Get enough sleep to develop memory, learning and logical reasoning.
– Develop social relationships by joining a club or by visiting religious places.
– Do exercise regularly to reduce high blood pressure and diabetes also.
– Take proper care of your teeth by trimming them everyday.
– Develop any kind of hobby according to your interest to enjoy and live longer.
– Protect your skin from damages using protective clothing and avoiding hot sun.
– Take variety of fruits and vegetables in daily diet.
– Drink water as much as you can and dairy drinks everyday.
– Prefer decaffeinated tea.
– Always prefer walking.

Develop a proper schedule for performing these activities in a routine.
