The idea of fighting breast and ovarian cancer with a compound found in specially grown soybeans is really very exciting. Actually, compound called, glyceollin has been found very effective in stopping further growth of tumors that ultimately leads to ovarian and breast cancer.
During the course of study researchers found that glyceollin stopped further growth of the tumors by interfering with the tumor’s ability to respond to estrogen. I think we must hope that very soon there would be a weapon derived from soybeans that would fight deadly cancer.
