Caffeine found effective in reducing post-workout pain!

The idea of having two cups before going for gym workout is really wonderful as it has been found effective in reducing chances of post-workout pain. However, repeatedly question arises in mind about those who had not been included in this study; I am talking about men as this study has covered only women to churn out the effect of caffeine. Secondly, this study itself doubts that the effect may not be as positive for people who are already having caffeine intake since; caffeine may not function as effectively as it can do for people whose body mechanism is not much familiar with caffeine.

Most importantly, we should not forget that in the past too many studies with paradoxical results have come out, which slaps question on the reliability of this study too. For instance some studies suggest that:-

1. Drinking coffee may lead to serious health problems.

2. Drinking coffee leads to health problems is just a myth.

However, only time will tell that how far this new study comes out with wonderful results.
