However, a new study shows that sex may not be as dangerous for men with chronic heart failure as normally it is considered to be. It is true that intercourse puts much strain on heart, accelerating your heartbeat from 90 to 145 minutes per minute. Still, this pressure doesn’t exceed the pressure mounted up by twenty minutes of brisk walk. And the good thing is that once your sex effervesce reaches climax, your breathing rate, heartbeat and blood pressure comes back to the normal resting level.
So, keep the threat of sex away form your bedroom and get ready to go nasty in the bed. All you have to do is just take some precautionary measures, during orgy, that go like this:
• Make sure you are not stressed while in the bed
• Use such poses which puts least stress on your heart
• Avoid sex immediately after having heavy meals
• If you are feeling tired or uncomfortable during sexual intercourse, rest for sometime
