I went to my favorite restaurant tonight and ordered a steak. It was about 12 oz but was very lean and it didn’t look like there was additional butter on it. About how much calories in steak was there. Also I have 3.5 large pieces of fried dough with powdered sugar. About how many calories in that piece of steak? I am strictly ordered my dietician to count every calorie I eat. Otherwise it will be bad for my diet plan. So, please help.
