I am on a diet and need to keep a count of my calorie intake. I am mostly on a fruit diet. I know fruits have low calories but is it true with all the fruits. I am not a big fan of fruits. My favorite fruit is grapes. So mostly i include grapes in my diet. But i am not sure about its calorie content. Does anyone know how many calories in grapes? Is there a website that tells calories for fruit? Like if you only eat fruit or for Vegan people! please give me information about the availability of calories in grapes.
