I have heard recently that calories in banana is very high. I love banana, every day I eat 2 to 3 banana. But as i have gained a few extra pounds recently. So i have started to diet. I want to know that how many calories a banana contains and how many banana we should eat in a day to maintain our daily calories, so that I can live healthy and didn’t gain extra calories so please give me information about that.
