I am 30 year old and I love to eat grapefruit, but the problem is this, that now i have started dieting. I am supplementing most of my diet menu with fruits. But I want to keep a variety in the fruits i eat as well. So if anybody has done the grapefruit dieting than please tell me about calories in grapefruit and how much i have to eat so that i can lose my extra weight easily?
