My daughter is very pampered and when she comes back from her school she makes it a point to tell me that either the food is good and to her liking or she wont be having the food at all and this makes me really fearful.in the morning hours i manage my giving her fruits and juice.So then since the last three days i have been cooking fried rice for her .Since i am very conscious about what my daughter has i want to know that how many calories do fried rice contain?
