I am a working person and I work from morning 8 to 7 in evening .after reaching at home I feel so much tired that don’t want to make vegetable curry and bread as it takes too much time. so I use to eat white rice mostly but one of my friend told me that if i will start eating brown rice than it is better than white rice .so can you tell me that is calories in brown rice less than white rice.
