Blood pressure at night links to congestive heart failure

If your blood pressure remains unchanged at night in comparison with the daytime, you might be at a greater risk of heart disease. According to the Swedish researchers of Uppsala University, the blood pressure should go down a little bit at night.

If it does not happen, it poses a great risk of Congestive heart failure. The Journal of the American Medical Association has published the report.

For now, the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association have called for more efforts for the disease prevention as well as for conducting more research on the risk factors such as high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol.
