Like any other normal potato chips baked chips are better for health as they have no Trans fat, gluten, casein, lactose, MSG, porcine or soy. Being an obese I always prefer to have baked lays as I find it healthier than thou. Whenever I sit on my couch with the TV showcasing my favorite sitcom, I just can’t resist to have a packet of baked chips, in this way I have at least two packets of chips in a day and I feel this is bad for me, d o I need to reduce this or shall I continue to have baked potatoes the way I always do. I want to thereby know the nutrition information of baked lays.
