Three years back when the virus of bird flu peeped out in Asia, since then it has swallowed about 148 people worldwide. However, the emergence of this deadly virus has made people more aware about it than ever before, this is the thinking of UN officials, which they revealed on Thursday.
In the words of Juan Lubroth, a senior officer for animal health at the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization:
We have raised the level of awareness around the world.
Experts believe that there is a great rise of awareness among people about bird flu, which is a good indication and it will surely be helpful in curbing the spread of this deadly flu.
I think just awareness is not going to hit the nail on the head and countries should not slack up their missions unless this deadly virus is fully obliterated from the planet.
