5 Tips to quit smoking

If you want to quit smoking and you are determined to do that, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has recommended five tips for this. You can find it here.

1. Throw all cigarettes and ashtrays from your home and place of work

2. Cry for the support and encouragement from the people around you.

3. Choose some different habits and change your routine what you had before quitting

4. Get medications approved by the Food and Drug administration and use it correctly.

5. Be determined for at least three months after quitting.

Avoid strictly the situation that may convince you to smoke again.

# Drinking alcohol may persuade to smoke again.

# Be careful about your companion who smoke regularly.

# Do more physical work and have good diets.

# Depression may lead you to smoking again so find out other ways to get rid of depression.
