my friend’s grandmother has gifted him a home cinema system as a birthday gift. for two years it worked fine but after two years it started giving a problem. the problem is a very new type of problem that when we increase its sound above 68 the level of sound starts decreasing. we have shown it to Sony people they are saying it a new type of problem and we can’t do anything. so can anybody help me
