Personal trainer Brent Brinkmeier of Atlanta, Georgia, says one should not disturb his exercise schedule even when you’re traveling. He has given some basic tips for people who want to be in shape but find less time to exercise:
Do check with your local gym to see whether they have an affiliated facility in your travel destination.
Call your hotel to check for fitness center or offers equipment that can be brought to your room. Hotel may charge for this. So be prepare to include in your bill.
Taking the stairs in hotel will help you to get some cardio exercise. Walking or running outside can be a good alternative for you.

Further Brinkmeier has told some exercise that can be done during travel:
The deep knee bends are repeated 15 times for each leg. You can move on to 15 to 30 seconds of jumping jacks.

Resistance bands can be use as or bicep curls, triceps exercises and shoulder work.

You can bind up day’s exercise schedule with abdominal strengthening. Ly down on your back and lift a light weight toward the ceiling and lie back down until your shoulders touch the floor. If you don’t have exercise ball, your luggage, a large water bottle, phone book or stack of magazines will do the trick.

These easy exercises will not take much time of yours. It’s a good idea to keep you energetic for the day and you will be able to work through the rest of the day.
