According to a new study held in California, there is 29 percent increase in blood pressure amongst people who are work 51 hours a week at office than those who work for less than 39 hours. It’s time to accept that the blood pressure rises slowly and slowly with the number of working hours.
It also generates risk of hypertension, mostly in case of clerical and unskilled workers rather than professionals having more challenging work with mental activeness preventing hypertension.
Americans are more affected with the problem as there is no limiting work hours in the legislation of America.
