Weight-Lifting may pop up Eye Sight Risk

People often go to the gyms for body building and weight-lifting. One may go for weight-lifting to develop body muscles. It would be better for you to perform only light kind of weight-lifting rather than for heavy one. Your eyes may be in trouble.

Habitual weight-lifters can be affected with the risk of eye sight causing glaucoma– include frequent changes in eye pressures. There may be fluctuations in intraocular pressures due to weight lifting. These fluctuations in pressure can create problem for eyes.

In my opinion, one should perform light weight- lifting as well as for a short span of time. In addition, a person following weight-lifting from a longer period need to consult an eye specialist.
